Shipping Policy

Domestic: We offer free shipping on all orders above INR 1000. A shipping fee of INR 200 is applicable on orders below INR 1500.

Items are usually shipped within the first 1 to 7 business days of the order being placed. The order should reach you within 2 to 20 business days (the latter being the outer, and very rare, limit) of the order being placed. Further, at times, if an order contains a made-to-order item (such as a hand-embroidered piece), it might take longer to ship. We keep you posted in the rare case of a delay.

If your order is urgent, we would request you to mention the same in the notes section when you are checking out. We will do our best to prioritize your order and ensure it reaches you on or before time.

International: At the moment, we only ship to Singapore and the US internationally.

While the time to ship the orders from our end remains the same as with domestic orders, the time it will take for the order to reach you might increase based on where you are. However, we will try to make sure the order reaches you within 2-4 weeks of you placing the order.
