All our products are ethically made and are 100% vegan. We take our role as creators seriously and endeavour to provide sustainable products through minimal use of plastic along with anything and everything that may harm the environment. Our packaging is also done using bags made of fabric that can be used for other purposes.

CREATED TO LAST YOU FOR YEARS
Every item we craft is made to last. Our cushions clad in a minimum of 4 layers are designed for comfort and luxury without sacrificing durability.

The majority of our orders are dispatched within 1 to 7 business days of receiving the order. Customers can expect their delivery within 3 days and 2 weeks depending on their location and what they have placed. The reason behind this timeline is that most of our products are made to order. We do not mass produce. When you purchase from Studio Covers, you aren't simply buying a product. You're buying into an experience - one that will stay with you for many years to come. A sustainable one.

Urgent Orders: In case your order is urgent, we would request you to mention it in the notes section while checking out. We also offer express delivery to select metro cities in India. In case we know we won't be able to deliver it within the given time frame, we will reach out to you and communicate the same at the earliest.

Returns: Our return window is seven days from the date of delivery.
We usually initiate the pick-up for returns. However, this may not always be possible. In case you purchase solely pillowslips, you will need to ship the products back to us yourself. We strictly do not accept returns on the fillers, pillowslips, bedsheets, gift cards, or customized items. 

Refunds: Refunds are processed either back to source or as store credit. In case of cash-on-delivery (COD) orders, refunds are initiated solely as store credit. This is non-negotiable. In case of prepaid orders, you get to choose whether you like the refund as a store credit or back to source. You can learn more about our shipping and returns policy for more information.

If you'd like to customize the size, colour, or some embellishment of a specific product, please email us at orders@studiocovers.co

Please add a link to the product you'd like customized along with what exactly you're looking for. We will get back to you within 2 business days letting you know whether the customization you've asked for is possible or not, along with any additional charges. As a general rule, we can often customize the size of the product. As for the colour, this might be possible only in a few cases.

In case you have received a discount code, kindly make sure to mention it in the discount code section while checking out. Please check that the code has successfully been applied before you checkout. We will not be able to help you out post-checkout.

There is a discount of between 10 and 20% on the curated sets as compared with purchasing the individual product. The discount has already been applied to the price you see on the website.
