I really loved your products.The workmanship and the quality was really excellent.
But unfortunately I had to return all the pieces as it didn't suit in our drawing room

- Delivery fee of ₹200.
- ⁠10 days to deliver.
- ⁠Expensive.
- ⁠Few designs.
- ⁠Need more black and white designs like ‘white noise’, deep blue in velvet and more velvet options.
- ⁠Incomplete pictures. Some cushions do not have same front and back design. Therefore pictures of back of cushion must also be shown.
- ⁠Maybe a tool which allows one to select the colour of sofa and recommend designs would be nice.

PRO
- Close to perfect velvet rust colour of ‘Auburn’ cushion.
- ⁠Multiple sizes available for each design.

Additional feedback-
- One cushion need not be delivered in such a substantial box. I understand this was done to provide a premium experience but the box size can be made more compact
